Service dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with a service you received, please contact us within 7 of days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to find a resolution, which may include complimentary adjustments or credits towards future services.

Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are valid for services and products at Estelle’s Beauty and Aesthetics and expire after 12 months of purchase date.
